I could wash clothes and cook easily, and the nearby Daiso and Lowson 100 made shopping a breeze; the station is just a short walk away, though the elevator route is a bit farther. The price is cheap, and even after tax it remains a good deal. The pillows were too soft and offered no support, causing aches when I woke up. The security feels inadequate, and the key‑return process needs a better solution.

The location is good, about a 10‑minute walk to both JR and the subway. Each floor has only one room, a 1LK with separate bathroom and toilet. All appliances and kitchenware are provided, so I never ran out of supplies. The shower had mold growing on it, and the whole room smelled moldy. There were no staff present, so I wasn’t sure how to use everything.

The hotel is very close to the metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

I liked that the beds were plentiful. The drainage emitted a terrible stench, and the bathroom was covered in mold. I bought mold killer myself and tackled the mold on day one. The room was extremely humid; even though it had a 24‑hour ventilation system, the vents were shut, trapping moisture in the concrete. There was no cutlery, and even a single spoon would have been better. I don’t plan to stay again, so it’s not a big issue.

The comfort, equipment, and location were all great! The place was clean—just enough for three people. Nothing else to add.
