The view was stunning, the owners helped us with an early check‑in and the place was very tidy. We were told there were extra blankets, but none were found, so it was freezing. I’d recommend adding more blankets or thicker duvets during the colder months. The road could use some work, but nobody mentioned it. Luckily we had a vehicle with good clearance.

We had a lovely time at this hotel, despite the rain dampening our outdoor plans. The bar area was a cozy haven, complete with a fireplace that added to the warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - a big shoutout to Lizzy, who helped us out when we realized we'd forgotten to bring food. If the weather had been better, we'd have been in heaven, but as it was, the hotel's charm and hospitality made up for it.

This place is perfect for families who want to spend quality time together in a beautiful natural setting. The owners are super friendly and made us feel right at home. However, there's one thing that's a bit of a letdown - the water temperature in the showers is all over the place. One minute it's scalding hot and the next it's freezing cold, so you have to be prepared for a bit of a temperature rollercoaster.
