I didn't receive a free breakfast, no room upgrade, and no 15% discount from you, even though I've booked several times in the last three months.

Breakfast was fine, but the room maintenance was terrible: the shower was broken, water leaked, and the desk told us it couldn't be fixed during our stay. We couldn't use the shower, and there were bugs everywhere in it. Throughout our stay there was no cleaning service, no room cleaning, and no towel replacement.

The staff were very kind and friendly. In the kitchen they prepared a vegetarian burger just for me, and they remembered my diet the following week.

Locatie is top. Bed was echt benedenmaats. Voornamelijk de hoge stevige kussens zijn slecht voor je nek. Wij hadden ook nog eens twee bedden tegen elkaar aan gedrukt in plaats van een aaneengesloten bed. Erg oncomfortabel met een enorm gat tussen ons in
