“Valeu pelo preço”
The location is convenient for travelers. The room cleaning was not good; blankets were missing and I had to request them. The bathroom ceiling had a leak.

The staff were friendly, but the facilities need upkeep; the bed in room 311 sagged and the room had a strong musty odor.

The structure was solid and spotless, and the staff were helpful, but the shower water took a long time to heat, likely because the gas heater was stuck; it kept leaking water for a long time before it warmed, wasting water.

The room was large, though it was a bit far from the city center.

I loved how the reception team treated me, especially one woman with curly hair who was very friendly—her service alone made the stay worthwhile, everyone else was very attentive, she was fantastic, though I can't remember her name; we’ll come back. There was nothing I disliked.
