I already wrote a detailed review for this property, but I need help merging my two accounts—one on my computer and one on my phone. Both use the same name and passport number yet show different records. This is very inconvenient. Val Hildreth-Werker or Valrie A Hildreth-Werker, please assist! Gracias.

The friendly lady who answered the phone when I arrived brought a key and checked me in, but I had to wait on the street for about 10 minutes. The room was very noisy, right on the street with traffic and lights, and four people would feel cramped. The tenants seem to live in the building, but they were not helpful.

The location is very good relative to the main attraction, but the apartment is very small with windows facing directly onto the main street.

The hotel was close to Postojna Cave and the bus stop, so getting around was easy. I found the hotel without any trouble, and the staff were honest and friendly. All the basic amenities were provided, so I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The hairdryer in my room was broken and didn’t work, and bugs were flying around, which made it hard to sleep because of buzzing sounds near my ear at night. An insecticide would have given me more peace of mind.

The location is perfect for those wanting to visit the cave—10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes to a bakery and a shop. A kettle in the room is always a plus. There is no parking at the hotel; a public parking lot is 100 m from the room, and when I arrived there were free spots.
