stay was denied by the staff, communiacted advance amount was not given. have arranged other place at night 10.15 with wife and litte baby literally on raod at mid night. will never use again. your customer care was just rubbish with no proper support. May i know what you mean by booking confirmed, is that a joke. Worst experience in my life

Parking, air conditioning, bed, washroom. Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and only one water bottle was given per day.

The staff were good. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the bathroom slippers were missing. The room had cobwebs, the furniture was dusty and unclean, the TV had no recharge, the air‑conditioner stayed at one temperature only, and the bedsheet and blanket had stains and dirt spots.
