The balo door was broken and the walls were very dirty.

Everything was clean, the staff were fantastic, the bed in room 3 was spectacular, and the location was perfect near Atocha with quick‑service restaurants and a few bars for a beer. Nothing to complain about.

The location was great and the rooms were clean, but they were small.

The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable, yet there was a strong tobacco smell when we entered and the cleaning could be improved.
