The service was excellent, they treated my parents with care and warmth during their anniversary stay. They kept good communication from start to finish, as I made special requests to celebrate this special date. Highly recommended. The only note is that the parking is not directly connected to the facilities, but otherwise everything was EXCELLENT.

The staff were very helpful, always ready to assist with any issue. The hotel’s look was nice; it’s an old house that has been restored. However, the management appears to neglect the property. The wooden floor creaks loudly and the door locks feel very old, which makes me uneasy about security. The worst part was the hot water: we booked the suite just to use the jacuzzi, but the hot water never worked, only a lukewarm trickle that wasn’t steady. We called service, but they didn’t know how to fix it. Don’t book the suite; the jacuzzi won’t be useful because the hot water is unreliable.

The hotel’s interior and exterior are stunning, with beautiful colors, painted walls, and built‑in wardrobes. The beds are super comfortable and spacious, so you can rest well. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is perfect. Time ran out before I could explore the whole hotel or try the breakfast, two reasons I’ll return to Hotel Inés María. 😊💕 I would have liked a room with warm lighting; instead, everything was lit with white lights, the lamp and ceiling fixtures. I’d recommend choosing a room with warm lights, as they help you relax and feel cozy.
