Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The hotel was spotless, stylish, and modern, and its convenient spot near the train station and main city sights was a bonus. Check‑in was quick, clear, and fully remote, which worked great. Pietro delivered impressive customer service, replying fast to our questions, letting us check in a bit early, and even holding our bags after check‑out for our late‑night flight—much appreciated! Everything was great; we didn’t dislike anything.

Great location and surprisingly quiet despite being on Haubtstraße.

It’s close to the train station, the accommodation is clean and spacious, and the automation system is well set up. The bathroom is also large and tidy—probably the most modern place I’ve stayed in Italy. The downside was a protest right outside the hotel, with police helicopters hovering from about 4 pm until after 10 pm, so the building felt the noise and vibration, which was tough (not the hotel’s fault). When I asked staff for information, their response was slow, which was disappointing; having a permanent staff member might have avoided that.

I landed right next to the main station, just a short walk away, and the price was spot on. Pietro, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless, fresh, and tastefully decorated. The place is a huge classical apartment split into rooms, with almost everything automated and controlled from Pietro’s phone. After checking in, you get a keycard for the room and a key for the front door, so you never have to touch any staff physically, yet Pietro was instantly reachable via WhatsApp and solved a Wi‑Fi issue in minutes. If you’re not after the bells and whistles of a typical hotel—spas, bars, etc.—and just want a clean, comfy, secure spot in the city center, I can’t praise this place enough.
