“Everything was Good except for the Wifi connectivity which made my work very difficult”

The location was good, the rooms comfortable, hot water was available, the bed was large and comfy, and the staff were friendly. However, the Wi‑Fi that was advertised in the room and promised by reception didn’t work in room 307. I had an important online meeting, so the lack of connectivity caused a big problem. My mobile network saved the day, but the staff were not helpful even after I explained how crucial the Wi‑Fi was.

The place only shines because of its location. The rooms were filthy and the suite I booked lacked many promised amenities; the cost didn’t match the service, which was poor, and the dinner buffet was abruptly cancelled with no explanation. Some reception staff were rude, but Mr Anmol was a nice person.

“Wooden floor broken. Furniture looks old and un-polished”

While the hotel's location was a major plus, being just a stone's throw away from a famous mall road, my stay was also plagued by several issues. The bathroom was a major letdown, with no curtain around the shower, making it a challenge to use the facilities with another person. The whole bathroom would get wet after just one use, and the tissue rolls would spoil due to the lack of a holder. To make matters worse, the TV didn't work, and the parking area was congested.

“Good people, but accommodation very poor”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some redeeming qualities, but also several major issues. The staff were friendly and polite, and the location was excellent, but the building itself was plagued by black mold due to high humidity and a lack of heating. The situation was made worse by the fact that local monkeys would often enter the room and steal food and small items, and there were frequent issues with hot water and Wi-Fi.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel, and I would advise others to think twice before booking a room here. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, with leaky pipes and a pungent smell that made it feel like a public restroom. While the reception staff were a mixed bag, with one being particularly rough and another being friendly, the overall service was subpar. The hotel's exterior was also plagued by a strong, unpleasant odor, and the food was completely tasteless.
