The room was good, clean, spacious. We stayed 8 nights in a corner room. The view from the window is limited, but the sea and sunsets in September are breathtaking! We coordinated with Lazor from home, discussed parking (there is free parking and you can drive straight onto the highway—convenient!). A big store is 2 km away; we bought groceries there. Lazor provided information and kindly offered an umbrella, which we used. Thanks! Sveti Stefan beach is a lifelong favorite! Unexpectedly, we were at that beach in 2025, a year ago… The beach was half open. Half of it was closed. Now there are paid loungers. I must say the right side of the beach is completely closed, as are Milocer and the Royal beach. So all guests cram onto the small left side of the peninsula! On the first day I was shocked and upset! And also! I didn’t expect 271 steps! My muscles hurt for a couple of days. Okay, we considered this feature as preparation for climbing Vološnica in the Gréba valley! This year’s ascent was easier thanks to the Sveti Stefan steps! I recommend it! Overall, the vacation was successful! Thanks, Montenegro!

Quiet place with a nice sea‑view balcony, clean, private parking near the main road. Everything you need is there: a well‑equipped kitchen, fridge, but the oven didn’t work. Perfect if you want a quiet place, clean beach, and water. The infrastructure in Sveti Stefan could be better; there are no supermarkets or shops, only 3‑4 restaurants and 2 small shops with water and some food, which are quite expensive. So you need to drive or take a bus to shop and see other attractions. Without a car it could be boring to stay long. Queen’s beach and Milocer beach can be used if you pay 240 € for a set of 2 sun loungers and an umbrella, as these beaches are mainly for guests of nearby hotels. To get back from the beach you need to be in good shape.

Lazar, the guy at the Guest House, was extremely kind, always attentive and available at all hours. This morning he got up to greet us and brought a gift for the trip. I would highly recommend him ♥️

The hosts were very friendly, the apartment was exceptionally clean, and the linens were changed regularly. The terrace was phenomenal, perfect for a morning coffee with a sea view and evening enjoyment. A big plus was the parking right in front of the property, and the car was in the shade of olive trees. All in all, lovely, and we’ll definitely return 😀

The apartment was beautiful, and the view from the spacious terrace was breathtaking; sunsets were a special experience. Our dear hosts were extremely kind, the apartment was cleaned daily, and the bedding and towels were replaced, a service on hotel level. From the heart, I recommend it. I have absolutely no negative comments.
