The location is just a block from the cathedral and Paseo Cívico, and the breakfast was good. The only downside is that there’s no elevator; the building has four floors.

Everything was excellent, from the rooms to the hotel staff’s service. Nothing to complain about.

I really liked the staff, they were very kind. The only issue was that the hot water didn’t come on in the morning.
