We’ve been staying at this hotel with our family for eight years and we’re very satisfied. The atmosphere is wonderful, the views are amazing, the food is good, and the owners, Lela and her husband Zaza, are simply fantastic. They also have excellent homemade wine. I read a review from someone who gave it one star and called it “terrible.” I checked the info and then confirmed with the hosts that this person, named Tarasi, had never stayed here – how could he leave a one‑star review if he was never there? I’d like to ask him: isn’t it shameful to unfairly tarnish the rating of such a fantastic hotel? Seriously, it’s great here. Why write that? It seems there are envious people who write negative reviews on purpose. Thank you, Lela, I always enjoy staying with you. I look forward to returning to your wonderful guest house many more times and strongly recommend everyone else stay here too! ❤️❤️

“Entspannter Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht auf das Schwarze Meer in Batumi”

Even though the drive to the accommodation is a bit adventurous, it’s worth it. Great view of the Black Sea and Batumi on the horizon. Clean, well‑maintained pool. Quiet neighborhood, except for occasional dog barking and a passing train from some distance. Very helpful hosts, though a few words of Russian or Georgian would help communication. Very tasty, varied, always freshly prepared breakfast in the tidy dining room. The optional lunch or dinner menu was plentiful and delicious. The rooms were functional and clean. The view from the different levels of the property was great. Parking available in the closed courtyard; otherwise, taxis from here are no problem. In no more than 30 minutes you’re in Batumi. There was nothing to complain about.

A stay at WHITE HOUSE Chakvi was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the host made us feel instantly at home, and the stunning sea view added to the charm. The owner is lovely, caring, and goes out of her way to ensure every guest has a pleasant experience. To our delight, dolphins were visible in the sea right from our terrace—an unforgettable, magical moment. The property also features a clean, inviting pool and a superb kitchen. Breakfast deserves a special shout‑out: it’s hearty, varied, and offers plenty of options to satisfy any palate, letting us start our mornings in a relaxed, family‑friendly atmosphere. A few minor issues could use attention: the mattresses are a bit worn and soft, which we discussed with the owner who was very receptive, and there are no bedside lamps for comfortable reading before bed—though this seems common across Georgian accommodations. These small points don’t diminish the place’s charm or the quality of the welcome. The sea view, pool, excellent food, generous breakfasts, and especially the host’s kindness made our visit truly memorable. We leave with fantastic memories, especially of the dolphins greeting us upon arrival! Thank you for the warm welcome and kindness. We gladly recommend WHITE HOUSE Chakvi and would love to return.
