This place is an old hotel that clearly hasn't been updated in a while. The biggest turnoff for me was the bed - the mattress had a weird smell, like someone had been sweating on it for years. Not exactly the most pleasant thing to sleep on. Overall, it felt like the hotel was showing its age in a lot of ways.

Overall, the hotel sits right by the main road, offering a comfortable resort‑style stay amid Batu’s cool vibe and relatively busy surroundings. The lobby and rooms are spacious with high ceilings, creating an open and pleasant atmosphere that is more than adequate for a hotel of this level. However, the main issue is the room’s cleanliness, which was very disappointing. While the public areas—corridors, café, restaurant, pool, and general surroundings—are wide and appear generally clean, the room itself was poorly maintained. I found several strands of hair on the bathroom floor and inside the room, indicating poor housekeeping. The towels were worn, darkened, and frayed, unsuitable for guests. Room and bathroom amenities were minimal and poorly presented; the tray for amenities looked outdated and worn. The toilet flush leaked, causing water to spill continuously after use. The jet shower holder was loose and unclean, and overall, the bathroom condition was far from satisfactory. Even the tissue holder seemed neglected for a long time. In summary, while the hotel looks good from the outside and offers spacious facilities, the room’s cleanliness is seriously concerning and needs immediate attention.

The bathroom floor is puddled in front of the sink, and the overall maintenance is lacking—perhaps due to the hotel’s large size and insufficient staff.
