Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The hotel's location was pretty central, but the noise from the street was a real issue. On the plus side, the room was spotless and had everything I needed. The only major problems were with the TV reception, which was pretty poor, and the stove, which had a weird malfunctioning plate. And don't even get me started on the stairs – there were way too many of them.
