The staff were very nice, the place was close to the port, the city centre and a small beach, and there were plenty of restaurants and a great mini market almost next door, but the bed could have been more comfortable.

The staff’s attention, the location and the cleanliness are positives, but the facilities are old, the wardrobe was in very bad condition, and the furniture and bathroom are from another era.

Joana is a super good host, very friendly and helpful; the young man who does the cleaning is sweet and smiling and does a good job; everything stayed clean and neat all the time, though they should stop using scented cleaning products because it’s bad for the environment and can cause perfume allergies; the bathroom is very small but everything works, though the toilet paper holder is in the wrong spot and can be knocked down, there’s no shower curtain, a squeak, and no shelving; the beds are comfortable and the bedding is clean and nice; there are no wardrobes or drawers for clothes, but there is a folding rack and wall‑mounted spaces that can be used for hanging; the balcony has a fantastic view and decent chairs; the lighting in the room is good; there’s a small TV with Greek and synchronized channels; there’s a lot of traffic noise and noise from passing people, ferries, etc., but you can shut the door and use the air‑con; the breakfast is lovely and can be bought at the café at reasonable prices.
