The hotel's location was one of its best features - it was right next to the Madupetty Dam, making it super convenient for activities. The scenic view from the hotel was also a bonus. However, the food was just average, and the washroom could have been cleaner. The staff was friendly, but the cleanliness was only average. It's a shame, because with a bit more attention to detail, this hotel could have been really great.

We were lucky with the view of the dam, and the walking trails and lush greenery were a bonus. The breakfast was decent too. But we did have a bit of a hassle checking in late - we showed them our reservation, but they still gave us a hard time at the entrance, and it took a while to get sorted out.

My stay was really comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, and it really made my stay feel special.

The breakfast was okay, but the real issue was the cleanliness - it was very poor. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more, and it was disappointing to find that the hotel didn't meet my expectations.
