The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit of a disaster. The staff seemed overwhelmed and it took a while to get checked in. I was expecting a smooth process, but it didn't quite happen that way.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great beds and good service. Everything worked properly, which is always a relief. However, the furniture was a bit worn and the pool area was dirty, which was a shame. We could also hear a lot of noise from the other rooms and outside, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious and comfortable, which was a nice surprise. However, the pool was located in a garage next to scooters and cars, which wasn't exactly what we were expecting. On the second day, there was no hot water, which was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, the view from our room was of the neighboring building, not the pool as we had hoped. The staff were also not very available or responsive to our needs.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, which was a big plus. However, the price was way too high, especially considering we booked a suite for 1,950 THB but got a room that was basically the same as a standard room. The front desk staff told us it wasn't worth the money, which was a bit of a blow.
