All the services were close to the hotel and the reception was more than wonderful; thanks to Hotel Samou Al‑Majd.

“Je ne suis pas satisfait du tout.”

No breakfast at all, even once, and the hotel’s shuttle to Ihlam is a lie; only between the hotel and Aljamarates does it ever run, and even then only a few times. I ended up taking taxis every time, and I won’t go back. I’m telling everyone. The toilets and showers were broken, the staff promised to bring a table with chairs but never did, the security door latch was broken, and the noise from the AC units above us made it impossible to sleep—an absolute catastrophe.
