Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The surroundings were nice, but the facilities were awful, old, and the beds were uncomfortable – the rooms definitely need a renovation. The balcony was messy. The price‑quality ratio is more than unsatisfactory; the price listed on Booking differs from the actual one, and they try to charge a higher rate.

The surroundings and location are beautiful, but the rooms are very old and run down with deteriorated masonry, surfaces, balcony, facades, and roofing that are an eyesore. The room value is greatly overpriced, hardly worth half of what they charge, and the choices on Booking misrepresented the accommodations. I ordered a double bed, yet was given twin beds. When I called the receptionist, she challenged my statements and argued that I should have requested an upgrade for an additional charge, which I did order. They have renovated 15 rooms out of the 85 rooms listed on their website; the hotel was built in the 1970s. Very 😞 bad. The bathroom looked the same as I remembered in workers’ dormitories from those days. I later learned that the smart lady at the reception may have been the manager. In short, it will take a very long time for this property to become what they aspire to be with their pricing.
