“Une résidence très agréable, une maison correcte mais des points à améliorer”
The location is convenient for exploring the Arches while enjoying the comfort of a house. The garage is huge and makes you want the same at home. Each room has several bathrooms and showers so everyone can be independent. Plenty of storage in each room. Large washing machine and dryer are available in the private laundry. Towels for the bathroom and pool are plentiful. Wifi and a large TV system are very nice. There’s an outdoor barbecue to enjoy good weather and sunsets. The kitchen is fitted and equipped with a large oven, a big fridge with a decent freezer. Access to the residence pool is possible, though you might encounter noisy families (especially those blasting music at full volume, which should be against the rules). That depends on the civility of other residents, not on the quality of the place. The third room is meant for children under twelve, it looks like a dormitory, is quite Spartan, has no nightstand or light. The AC in that room smelled like rotten eggs, so we couldn’t use it fully during the stay. Overall, the house’s AC is noisy but doesn’t cool the floor well, which is why fans are in every room. The kitchen is equipped but could use more dishes: there are only 3 large glasses and 4 small water glasses, so you have to run the dishwasher after every meal, especially if you didn’t use dishes between meals. The kitchen cabinet was broken, and the owner confirmed he knew about it (it should have been fixed). The layout of the house isn’t the best; there’s an unnecessary little living room on the upper floor in front of the stairs. The bedding quality needs review; the beds and mattresses feel old as soon as you lie down. Having stayed in other houses in the residence, this one wasn’t our favorite.
