I appreciated the proximity to the University of Delaware and the short drive to downtown, but a light was broken, the building looked old and run down, the ice machine was broken, and my room had a strong bad smell.

The room was clean and quiet, but the staff could be indifferent or even rude at times, although the gentleman and woman at the front desk were very polite.

Room #104 was infested with roaches everywhere—on the wall, the bathroom, and under the bed.

The location was good and the front‑desk lady was super nice, but the building looked awful, other guests were noisy after hours, the room was only semi‑clean, a bug was present, the sliding door seemed unsafe, the ice machine was broken, there was no elevator for the elderly, and breakfast wasn’t included; with the new Wawa and DashIn nearby, this hotel really needs to improve.
