Loved the view and amenities provided. The staff was very kind and polite. They were available for all our small and big needs. Especially, the amma who cooked us homely and delicious food. We didn't have to worry about going out and having food. She was full of smile and was very humble and kind. Also, the kitchen was maintained very clean and hygienic like a household kitchen.

I didn't find anything good here – the location, the hospitality, the food, and the facilities all fell short.

The resort texted me at 11 pm asking for an advance payment, but I missed the message so I couldn't transfer the money; the next morning they cancelled my booking without any notice, and if someone had called to explain the advance requirement I would have paid – terrible customer service.
