Everything was perfect until we got to the accommodation. I arrived and my room was occupied by other guests. They found me another place nearby, but I lost time and had a bad experience.

Nothing special. No elevator in a certain area (floor 1 room 3), the street was very noisy, the area was full of garbage, and the furniture was very old.

The location was excellent—five minutes to the metro and the Colosseum, with good restaurants nearby. The accommodation was great and the daily cleaning was solid. I strongly recommend it. One day the shower got cold and wouldn’t heat up, but that was fixed later.
