“チェックイン方法以外はかなり良かった”

I was worried because the rating wasn’t great, but the staff were very accommodating and the cleaning was meticulous. It seemed like the renovation had been done a while ago, but the modern feel made it easy to go out, and I felt like I got a great deal. It would have been better if the booking had sent a message with the check‑in instructions so I could have known what to do when I arrived; I had to gather the courage to call the phone number on the card. When I called, the owner appeared and arranged for a staff member to contact me, and they came out to meet me. The room’s shutters opened and I was able to check in safely. If the message had included the room number, I could have gone straight to the front desk and checked in. That part was a little disappointing.

The location was the closest to the area I wanted, which was good. The facilities were older than I expected, especially the jacuzzi in the bath was unusable. The price I paid through this site was ¥7,200, but if I had gone in without a reservation I could have stayed for ¥3,980.
