The spot is spot on for getting around NOLA, and the front desk team was super helpful. I’d definitely suggest it to anyone.

The location was fantastic for walking to Bourbon or Canal Streets and just a 12‑minute walk to the NFL game at the Superdome; text‑message responses were quick and the front desk staff were friendly. The room was very spacious and the Wi‑Fi worked great, but the snack vending machine was broken and there was no quick convenience store nearby for a snack after a day out. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not, and traffic noise (people yelling, sirens, loud mufflers) was easy to hear even with the windows closed.

The kitchen and dining area were great for cooking and eating meals during our stay, and the apartment was a good size and very clean. Water fountains on the ground floor let us refill bottles. The location was a walk to the French Quarter—up to 30 minutes depending on where you’re headed—and transport links were just a few steps away. I’d booked a four‑person unit for three people, but the sofa bed wasn’t set up, so housekeeping had to deliver the missing bedding. Parking fees were steep, so we used nearby garages for a cheaper rate. The “Zen” garden was a bit underwhelming, and the apartment didn’t let in much natural light, which was a bit disappointing.

The place sits right on the edge of the business district and French Quarter, which was perfect. The apartment felt roomy and cozy, with comfy beds and two full‑size bathrooms. The hot water was a bit finicky—there was a gremlin that stuck the faucet to heat the shower, but otherwise it worked fine. Parking was limited to valet, though a neighboring open lot (Spot Hero p142) let us park in and out, and we could see our car from the room.
