The kitchen and bathroom were updated, and the location is great for walking to the beach, restaurants, and more. The owner took my feedback and suggestions about improving the place for future guests gracefully and said he would consider them. The apartment is wedged between two other buildings, so there’s no cross‑ventilation. There are no screen doors to keep the front and back doors open for air. The bedrooms are dark and stuffy, and the ceiling fans don’t help. The single AC unit in the living room barely cools that space. The area rug and chairs in the living room need cleaning. There’s no counter space or shelves in the bathroom to store toiletries.
