From the moment we arrived, the staff at Hotel Vincenzo were incredibly helpful and available for everything we needed. Nothing was missing.

The view is stunning, truly beautiful, and the location on a slanted slope is great. The pool is nice and the beds are delightful. Every room has its own terrace with chairs. With only 6 rooms, the complex stays quiet. We received excellent service, including a private parking spot for €30 per night. Four restaurants are a 10‑15 minute walk away. It’s disappointing that there is nothing to buy for food or drinks on site; maybe an honesty bar or a drink dispenser would help. The shop is a bit far and often closed. Also, because the property sits on a slope, you have to climb many stairs to get there, and even more to walk to Amalfi. Only the bus stops right at the top of the stairs. You forget all the stairs as soon as you see the view.

The view is amazing, and the room was good. The staff was AMAZING. We received a message a couple days before arrival with all the information, and they were super helpful throughout our stay. Marica, in particular, assisted us during our visit. This is by far the best service and follow‑up we’ve had on a vacation. The 200+ steps down to the room are tough (and up again), especially with luggage and at 35 °C it was hot. I would still recommend staying here if you’re in good shape and don’t mind the stairs.
