“Incredible!!!”
Every single aspect of this property blew me away – the view, the bed, the tiny hamper the hosts left, the fireplace, the amenities – everything was amazing, and I would highly recommend it for a calm, relaxing escape from the city.
The accommodation was gorgeous and thoughtfully designed for a romantic getaway, with vista‑facing windows on the deck perfect for stargazing, a double rain shower, a bathtub overlooking the view, and a welcome bottle of wine from the local Cupitt's Estate that capped off a flawless stay.

It’s close to Milton and its surroundings while still keeping a country feel; the facilities are great and getting to everything Milton and Ulladulla offer is easy.

The setting and views were great, but it didn’t feel worth the price; the accommodation felt less luxurious than comparable hotels and other boutique stays, and several problems ruined the experience: no hot water on day two, a leaking bath plug that made the tub unusable, insufficient firewood for two nights, a missing blind on the top highlight window that left the room unfinished and let in light, an underwhelming welcome pack, a mouldy milk jug, mostly dead plants that looked neglected, a non‑working lighter that forced us to buy one, and bathroom products that were not premium compared to other luxury stays. Each issue might be minor alone, but together they made the stay feel far from seamless and high‑end for the cost, even though the location and setting are genuinely beautiful and have great potential.

This place is absolutely amazing – everything was flawless: the house is stylish, fully equipped, spotless, and the view is breathtaking; it’s peaceful and quiet yet only 10 minutes from shops, beaches, and restaurants, and we loved every minute and will definitely return. I just wish we could have stayed longer.
