The balcony view was magnificent and the location right by the water was fantastic. The room on the second floor clearly needs a renovation—it feels like the ’90s—and the third bed was really uncomfortable.

The location was good, the pool was nice, and the beach was beautiful. We had no hot water in the shower, and the sliding blinds didn’t work, which hurt our privacy since we were on the ground floor. After we told reception, the blind issue was fixed, but the hot water stayed off. We also asked for a coffee bag for preparation and were told only two bags were available; there was no daily refill the next day.

The view of the sea is magnificent, the room is comfortable and the staff are friendly, but the bathroom is a bit cramped and the shower feels a little old.

The sea view was nice, the location was good, the massage was good, and the staff were very nice. Everything was totally overpriced at the start of September. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, the coffee was bad, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

L'albergo, situato a 5 minuti dal centro, con una bellissima piscina e spiaggia privata, personale gentile, camera grande con vista sul mare, mi hanno rilasciato regolare fattura, avendo pagato in contanti il soggiorno, ottima colazione a buffet, parcheggio (anche se va prenotato) , bell ristorante (dove abbiamo mangiato un ottimo risotto) e luonge bar, vicino a tutti i negozi e posti interessanti, ristoranti, spiagge fermate bus x Ksamil. che dire.ottimo Bellissima vista sul mare e su Saranda. La spiaggia ed il mare --- stupendi . La piscina molto curata, in settimana. Vicino al albergo c'è anche un altro ristorante---La Petite --- da non perdere. Se dovete andare ad un supermercato, x vari acquisti, consiglio quello più a valle ,verso il centro. Un grande GRAZIE alla reception, molto presente e accogliente. Per essere un albergo a 4 stelle, la mochette per terra non ci dovrebbe essere. Il bagno.la doccia funziona maluccio(doccetta difettosa), il bidè non funziona quasi x niente(filtro da cambiare) mentre la cassetta della tazza da rivedere(calcare). Le pulizie (ottime) sul mio piano arrivavano verso le 15 ,un orario non proprio consono per dei vacanzieri.magar6in mattinata sarebbe stato più opportuno. La colazione, anche se c'era tanta scelta, non ha subito cambiamenti, x una settimana quanto siamo stati ospiti. Mobili-porte un po datati x 4 stelle. poco controllo a bordo piscina ,con situazioni sgradevoli l'ultimo giorno. Però tutto sommato, io consiglierei tranquillamente ad amici questo albergo
