The only positive was that the staff were willing to change our room after we complained about cleanliness. The bed was dirty, with hair all over it and various spots on the blanket. The glasses were labeled as sanitized but were as dirty as you can imagine. The washroom was visibly dirty with water stains and spots… everything looked out of place and had an off vibe. There were no coffee mugs, which is a problem if you love coffee.

The family room was quite comfortable and overall the place is very nice.

We only stayed for a layover, and the hotel is very close to the highway, making it a convenient overnight stop.

The place was surprisingly clean, which was a big plus for me. Unfortunately, the breakfast was a total letdown - it was really quite bad. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the subpar breakfast brought down my experience.

This hotel's got it going on - the location is prime, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are really spacious. I didn't have any issues during my stay, so that's a thumbs up from me.
