It’s next to an old castle ruin. The staff were friendly. The hotel has seen better days, so it would be a great place with more investment. The pool was empty.

We spent two nights at Apartment Sara and it was a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the hosts and the whole team greeted us warmly and kindly. Since a ground‑floor room wasn’t available, they reached out and offered a different room arrangement to keep us comfortable. The hostess was very thoughtful, giving us a hairdryer and a portable Wi‑Fi device whenever we asked. The breakfasts each morning were outstanding. The place is in a fantastic spot, just a few minutes’ walk to the historic Kaštel Pietrapelosa. A small idea would be to pair a stay with free admission or a special pass to the castle as a nice promotional perk that travelers would love. In our room, a few power outlets didn’t work, but because the hosts are so attentive, I’m sure they’ll fix it quickly.

The place was calm, Sara’s welcome was good, and the breakfast was hearty and tasty. Even though there are drawers to put clothes in, there’s no wardrobe.

The location was great, close to the castle ruins, quiet, and the accommodation was in a “tower”. When we arrived the doors to the pension were locked, so we had to sneak into the private part; the owners were surprised by our booking but handled it right away. We had clearly indicated at the portal that we were traveling with two kids (7 and 9) and expected four separate beds, but we got only one single bed, which was supposedly beyond their obligations. The pension seemed neglected, but it definitely has more potential. At the top of the pension there was no Wi‑Fi signal. Since we only needed to stay one night, it was fine for us in the end.
