The bathroom was very large, block‑out curtains, air conditioner adjustable to your preference, beds were comfortable, the lobby had nice communal spaces, staff were very helpful and service was great, and the room was clean. However, the suggestive video playing in the lobby felt a bit inappropriate, there was no bath in the room, it was hard to use the microwave in the lobby, the washing machine and dryer combo left our clothes smelling a bit of mildew, there was no smart TV, and the price wasn’t as advertised—we had to pay an extra 5000 yen when we arrived.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were excellent, yet the rate shown was €288 while I ended up paying €355 because of extra taxes that weren’t listed.
