Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The hotel was wonderfully beautiful, with very friendly and helpful staff; my room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the whole place had a very calm and pleasant vibe that made me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived, so there isn’t really anything negative to point out—everything exceeded my expectations.

Everything was very clean, but the mattress was too soft and made it hard to sleep—some might like it, I prefer a firmer one.
