“I would happily stay here again”

We spent one night here while cycling around Georgia; the place sits close to the must‑see sights in Mtskheta and not far from the others. The room was solid and the bed comfy, the bathroom was nice, and the kitchen had everything you’d need for cooking. A supermarket and a vegetable shop are nearby, and the owner's kids, who speak English, can point you in the right direction. The terrace offered a good view. To get in you had to climb stairs, but the owner and his son helped carry our tandem bike up, so we didn’t feel too exhausted. Nothing else comes to mind.

The room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, with a garden and outdoor area. The entrance was a bit narrow, and parking and turning around were somewhat inconvenient.

The place is large, spotless, in a great spot, run by a friendly family, and offers excellent value.

We were very pleased with everything the place offered. The apartment was pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies in ample amounts. The host Lado met us at the bus stop and drove us, which cut down our trip from Stepantsminda to Mtskheta considerably. I was especially delighted by the well‑maintained garden with cozy spots to sit and relax in peace.

It’s close to the city center yet in a quiet spot. The grounds are very beautiful, with places to sit in the evenings and enjoy the views. A big plus is the two rooms with their own bathrooms, which is great for families with kids, and there’s a fully equipped kitchen. It was a shame that my wife and I arrived in poor condition, so we didn’t fully enjoy everything or thank the hosts for the comfortable stay.
