“As per booking.com we can pay at property than why they are asking for advance payment”
After booking, they never gave me a room. They claimed I hadn’t paid in advance, and their attitude was rude and uncooperative.
“Satisfying”
The ambience is wow, the rooms are neat, the service is awesome, and the location is the best.
“good comfortable room with beautiful view of himalayan mountain .”
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the terrace view is beautiful. The washrooms and walls need renovation.
