My stay at the Old Park Villa was quite nice; Vijay, the owner, spoke Tamil and English fluently. It sits just off the main road and is very close to the nearest bus stop. In fact, you can walk to Nallur temple, the main bus stand in Jaffna, and the train station. You can stroll around to explore the area, including the US hotel and the YMCA canteen. Overall, the accommodation was very spacious and the amenities were excellent. Surrounded by a bunch of huge mango trees and with helpful staff, I would highly recommend this stay for families as well. Thanks to Vijay for his tips on current exchange places near the main bus stand!

For the price, everything was okay; it’s a good option for two nights. The bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Heritage guesthouse within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Room was basic but clean and comfortable with great AC and hot shower. Beautiful garden setting. Vijay and staff are very welcoming and happy to assist with any requests - top notch service. Breakfast was amazing - delicious but more than I could eat. I would happily stay here again. Nothing
