The first floor has a fireplace and a space where kids can play, giving the place a warm vibe. The shower’s water pressure inside the room is very weak, and adjusting hot and cold water is a real hassle.

The staff were very nice and the property itself is good; it’s ideal for a group BBQ party and comes highly recommended.

The hotel never responded, the booking was cancelled through the platform, but the owner refused to cancel the booking and still billed us for the stay—there was no way to reverse it according to the owner.

The room was clean and had Mongolian décor, creating a nice atmosphere; the Mongolian food was delicious. The price, which includes meals, could be a bit lower to make staying easier.
