The spot was great and the pool area was great too. The apartment was grubby, many kitchen items were unclean. The vacuum and clothes dryer were broken. The apartment looked very tired and could use a refresh.

The room had everything you could possibly need, which was a relief. The only hiccup was having to climb the stairs from the basement to the top floor—no lift to help with luggage, but it didn’t ruin the stay.

When we got there, the stairs were a mess—floor not swept, and we had to dig under furniture to find our stuff. It felt like the cleaning crew hadn’t moved that area at all.

The spot is great and you get good value for the price, but the bathroom was a letdown: the exhaust fan was dead and two tiles in the shower were cracked.

Loved the location—just a hop from the tram stop and the beach, and the place was clean and tidy.
