I found the place tidy and the staff were helpful, but the shower stall in room 245 was cramped, the floor was slick, and there were no grab rails, so a fall could be dangerous.

The bus stop to the city centre is right next to the hotel, and they gave us free public transport tickets. Everything else was fine.

Everything was just fine, close to the city centre, the room was clean and tidy, and everything worked, including the air‑conditioning which was a plus. A small fridge would have been nice for the cost of the night. I expected it, everything matched the description, but this is just my view. I understand that Salzburg can be pricey, but an 80 cm bed felt short for an adult; I would have liked about 10 cm more. The price was fairly high, though I attribute that to the location.

Pets should be kept in a separate area, not with other guests, to avoid noise problems like barking and animal urine in corridors and elevators.

The air‑conditioning kept the room comfortable and everything was spotless, but getting in required climbing a few stairs, which was a bit of a hassle. Overall, a clean stay with a minor inconvenience at the entrance.
