The sheets hadn’t been changed, there were hair and crumbs everywhere, and it was really filthy. On top of that, there was only one coffee pod for two people.

Nothing. It was very dirty, smelled like cigarettes, and there was no running water. We had to book a hotel room costing over 90 euros. The reviews are inaccurate. I want to be refunded. How do I do that?

The location is great and quiet; we hope to return. The sunny terrace with cushions is lovely. The bathroom is too far to use at night.
