The hotel’s location is excellent and the rooms are somewhat comfortable, but the front‑desk staff deducted a security deposit from my credit card without telling me first; when I asked them to inform me before adding it to the bill, they simply said “that’s obvious,” which I didn’t appreciate because I’d rather have paid cash and waited for a refund. The breakfast was underwhelming and the staff were unfriendly. The fire alarm rang twice during my stay, which was annoying. The outdoor seating was nice but uncomfortable and unclean, so I cleaned my table before and after each use. Overall the hotel is decent and comfortable, but these issues need fixing.

It’s convenient for a one‑night stay, but the property is old, overpriced, and the bathrooms are tiny. Reception is understaffed, so checking in took a while; I had to visit the front desk three times before the room key cards worked.

“Easy and comfortable. Will stay again.”

The room was spotless, had plenty of storage, and was very quiet with almost no noise from neighboring rooms. Every staff member I met was friendly, always smiling and saying hello, and they answered all my questions and were approachable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety, and the whole hotel was very clean. I’ll definitely return. I have no complaints.

“Favourite Marriot I’ve stayed in !”

The staff made the stay exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the customer service felt truly caring—thanks to Sven and Tim! The rooms were lovely, the hotel was clean and smelled wonderful; I’d definitely return.
