Le lieu est exceptionnel, le personnel est remarquable, accueillant et professionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n’avons vraiment rien à redire sur le reste. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésitation !. Le seul petit bémol concerne le ménage de la chambre, qui n’a pas été effectué le deuxième jour, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner,Il serait appréciable de disposer d’une machine à café en libre-service, car devoir attendre qu’un serveur prépare et apporte la commande à table peut parfois prendre beaucoup de temps

Palácio restaurado , lindo, confortável, na beira do rio com vistas deslumbrantes. Da frieza da funcionária ao nos receber no checkin. Foi incapaz de dar um sorriso. O café da manhã é muito bom mas é inadmissível em um hotel dessa categoria servirem Nescafé como se isso fosse café! A obsessão de alguns funcionários durante o café da manhã em retirar pratos e xícaras da mesa, incomoda bastante
