The staff was friendly and quick to help, especially Claudenir who made sure every detail was right. The hot tub was nice, and the duvet was comfy enough for a good night's sleep. No complaints at all.

Everything was spot on – from the décor to the extra sheets, the place felt tidy and cozy. The host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help. I wouldn't change a thing and I'm already planning my next visit.

Everything was great – the host was attentive, the décor and amenities were top, and the breakfast was carefully prepared with little extras around the room. It was truly amazing, no complaints. The only downside was the check‑out time, which felt a bit early.

We loved the warm welcome from Claudemir and the comfy room with a built‑in kitchen. The Wi‑Fi worked flawlessly and the breakfast was delivered right to our door. The outdoor area was beautiful, relaxed, and well maintained.

The chalet is gorgeous – the photos don't do it justice – and every detail feels cozy and stylish. Claudenir was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was personalized just like the rest of the service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
