We stayed for 15 days and felt very welcome. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful at any time of day or night. The room was very clean, the food was delicious, and we also organized our Silver Wedding there – the menu was excellent. We would love to return on our next holiday. During a three‑day fasting period, the hotel prepared special menus for us.

The hotel was wonderful – the room was spacious, spotless and incredibly cozy, making you feel at home yet still traveling. The area is very quiet, and the city center is only a 12‑15 minute walk away. The staff were extraordinarily caring and polite; at check‑in they explained everything in detail and gave us great recommendations for places to visit. Every time we were greeted, they asked how we were doing. We were delighted by the complimentary tea and coffee, plus the chilled drinks at the bar. A special thank you for the departure service: we had an early flight, and they prepared a tasty breakfast for us at 3:30 am without any hassle. The value for money was superb. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Shymkent. Everything was fine, no complaints.

Great hotel! I really liked the location – it’s easy to reach the main spots. The service is good, the staff polite and attentive. The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. Overall, everything was pleasing and left only positive impressions. I would definitely stay here again.
