“Value for money”

Breakfast was pricey and not free. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and connected, which was the best part. The property sits about 2 km from Cherai beach but is well linked to shops and other amenities. The staff were very helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent. Breakfast could have been complimentary.

The Pallavi restaurant staff were very good and professional, and the food was much better than outside in those areas. The room was very clean and neat. Hotel staff were very comfortable. The location is good for visiting Cherai beach. Parking is near the bar side; it should be separate to feel safer for families and couples.

I only liked the location. The reception staff were not professional at all and didn’t know how to handle customers. Check‑in took almost 25 minutes. The bath towels were faded from customer use and seemed not to be changed regularly.

“Cheap and pretty comfortable”

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance of the beach. The price was pretty reasonable. An excellent local restaurant across the road and just to the right is highly recommended for breakfast. A few irritations: the bathroom door couldn’t stay open, so it got hot and a bit smelly; the toilet seat kept falling off; the restaurant was limited, probably due to gas shortages, and the staff said only tandoori was available, though I suspect there was more if you asked.

“Comfortable”

The room was good and well connected. The only downside was breakfast, probably because of cooking gas restrictions.
