“Perfect”
The rooms were spotless with balconies, the common kitchen was well equipped with a fridge and coffee machine available any time, the building is within walking distance of the beach and several restaurants, and Dario’s parents, a very kind and lovely couple, welcomed us warmly and took care of all our needs; they also offered secure parking for our motorbikes.

The property is very welcoming, clean and bright, with a convenient location for visiting San Leone and the Valley of the Temples; special thanks to the owners for their friendliness, availability and attentiveness to our needs, making us feel at home from the first moment.

The room was lovely, the property welcoming and very clean, and the private parking was excellent; however, the information on Booking does not match reality—if you drive, the location is very convenient, close to the sea and nightlife, but if you’re looking for a place to walk around exclusively, I would not recommend it.

Breakfast was included but the coffee machine was broken; the spread consisted of two pastries and two juices, and the air‑conditioner was extremely loud.

The room was very nice, very clean, with attractive furnishings and a comfortable bed that made us feel at ease right away; thanks to the owners Emilia and her husband for being very kind and helpful, though it was a pity that the stove could not be used.
