I used this place as a stopover for a long road trip, and it fully met my expectations: a comfortable room to rest well before continuing the journey. The facility is well maintained, likely recently renovated, and very neat and comfortable. Parking is right outside the property. The breakfast is very simple, you prepare it yourself in the room, but it was fine. The Gradara area is very beautiful, and anyone wanting to spend more time there would find this place an ideal base with great value for money.

The room was cozy and clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for getting to both Fiorenzuola di Focara and Gradara, but traffic noise can be an issue.

Mimmo’s house is exactly what the name promises: an host who makes you feel at home, with unique courtesy and availability. A warm and human person. We had great pleasure meeting him and staying here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Parking is under the house. We chose this place to visit Gradara and go to Misano and were very happy with it. Nothing is missing and the location on the road makes it easily reachable. Highly recommended!
