I didn’t like anything. Good evening! I’d like to inform that I booked from the 19th to the 21st at Pousada Piquara in Mangaratiba RJ, but I canceled on the same day because the room had a strong mold smell and did not match what was advertised. Because of that, I canceled and want my money back.

The inn is well‑situated facing the sea, offers a full breakfast, and the staff are friendly. The room was very damp and emitted an unpleasant odor that seeped into the pillows; we had a double bed but only two single sheets! The AC unit was noisy, and when turned off, the hum from the neighboring room could still be heard. The shower mechanism was all plastic and there was no hot water. All the equipment needs a serious refresh. At 60 € a night, the service really doesn’t live up to the price.
