All Seasons Hotel made our stay truly delightful: the welcome was warm, the room was cozy, clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The location is perfect, just a one‑minute walk from the tram stop, so getting around the city was a breeze. Thank you for such great hospitality; we’d love to stay again and highly recommend this place.

The location was convenient and the porter staff spoke English well, but we faced several problems: the door key card never worked, and although they promised a battery change, we had to wait 5–10 minutes trying different card patterns before gaining entry to room 314. Breakfast was not suitable for European or British guests—egg, watermelon, and warm milk were finished and never replaced, leaving our young children hungry. We had to take the food with us because there were no British options for kids, and the excessive cheese caused stomach upset. The advertised sauna and gym were actually staff living quarters, the lift could fit only three slim adults or two adults and two kids, making luggage transport a nightmare. The double bed was okay, but the two single beds felt like rocks. The AC malfunctioned, giving us flu‑like symptoms, and overall the hotel looked outdated.

The room was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. A prayer rug and Quran were provided in the room. However, the room was very dark with no bright light, and the breakfast felt more appropriate for a three‑star hotel.

Aside from the location, everything else was terrible. The room was tiny, the breakfast was awful, and there were no coffee cups available—you had to wait for a cup to be freed, and the hostess rinsed it with water right in front of you, handing it back wet; the air‑conditioning could only be turned on at the reception and you couldn’t adjust the temperature, the windows wouldn’t open, the lighting in the room was almost off, the bathroom door locked itself and you had to call reception to reopen it, and the elevator only served three floors.
